Why Although Eliot Spitzer recently proclaimed NYRI dead, it's simply not true. NYRI is very much alive and working mightily to overstep the authority of New York State so it can get quick approval by the federal government. There are plenty of avenues besides eminent domain that can be used to fight NYRI legislatively at the state level.This letter provides a few helpful suggestions.
