Get your letter in the mail today!

If you haven't already done so, apply today for formal party status in the New York Public Service Commission Article VII proceedings. Letters must be received by June 30th and will not be accepted via email or fax, So mail yours today!

Why?

Article VII proceedings are open to participation by New York State agencies; municipalities; local environmental, commercial, planning and community/public interest groups; and to individuals who have an interest in the project. We need to show the NYSPSC how strong public opposition to the project is.

How?

One of the following ways:

1. If you represent a group or organization: Request party status as a group or organization

2. If you're on your own, have a strong individual case and the time to be active (or a lawyer to do it for you): Request party status as an individual

3. EZ Pass: Join with the UDPC for party status
(The UDPC has filed for party status and is inviting land and business owners who are affected by the project to join with them. If you list with UDPC, you will be represented by their legal counsel, Richard Lippes.)

Fight the power,

P.S. Don't forget to tell Governor Pataki to sign Bill S.8349A into law.
