Tell Pataki to sign Senate bill 8349 TODAY!
Why
Remember the bill that Bonacic introduced to block NYRI from using eminent domain powers in New York State? Well that bill isn't law yet—and won't be unless Pataki signs it by Oct. 5. If signed into law, Senate bill 8349 will serve as a major stumbling block to NYRI and may crimp NYRI's ability to woo investors and raise funds for its $1.6 billion project.
How
Any of the following ways:
1. Click here to personalize a letter that you can fax to Pataki today.
2. Call his office at 518-474-8390, and register your support of Senate bill 8349.
3. Send him an email, urging him to sign the bill.
Already written, emailed or faxed Pataki? Doesn't matter. Please do it again, and do it today!
Fight the power,
StopNYRI.com: What you can do today.
